Our ‘Win the Tackle’ program is designed to help athletes gain confidence in tackling. We cover all aspects including safe landings, collision, 1 vs 1, 2 vs 1 and 3 vs 1 tackle techniques focusing on being efficient and effective to not only minimise the risk of injury but to also understand how to dominate and win the tackle from both attacking and defensive perspectives.
