Speed and Agility
Our Speed and Agility Programs are designed to help our athletes maximise their speed and minimise the risk of injury through the use of efficient running mechanics. Our programs focus on the fundamentals of speed including speed drills, max velocity and acceleration before progressing to more sport specific movements. (Intakes are only accepted from the beginning of Term to ensure that they get maximum benefit from the Program)
Footy Skills
Our Footy Skills Programs are designed to develop the fundamental skills of Rugby League and improve game knowledge and awareness. Covering all things from catching and passing, kicking, tackle tech and safe landings to attacking and defensive structures and positional specific skills.
CK Strength & Conditioning – Combine Air
A brand new strength class joins our schedule for Term 4 2024. These sessions will include a combination of strength and conditioning components with a focus on the development of safe and efficient lifting technique to help improve athletic performance, reduce the risk of injury and develop healthy habits. Suitable for boys and girls aged between 12 & 16 years and will be run at Combine Air Woolooware Bay.
CK Saturdays – Conditioning, Speed & Games
Our Conditioning sessions are an off season essential to keep our athletes active throughout Spring & Summer and to help them develop and build on their physical and mental endurance. These sessions will range from sand dunes, to hill sprints, to stair runs, and will be mixed with some games and team building challenges throughout. Designed to be challenging but fun at the same time, parents are also welcome to come along!
Our conditioning sessions are suitable for all levels and will be modified accordingly.

Our Girls Only Footy Clinics aim to develop the fundamental skills of Rugby League. We aim to create an environment where the girls can be confident and have fun!
