Elite Off Season Programs
Does your child need some extra work on their speed, conditioning and skills ahead of their Winter sport season? We have them covered with our Term 1 programs! Each of our 10 week programs run in line with the Term 1 school dates and are suitable for both girls and boys aged between 12 & 16.

Elite Speed and Agility
Tuesday
Woolooware Oval (Seagulls Soccer Oval) 6.45am - 7.30am
Starting Tues 3rd Feb 2025 - Tues 8th April 2024
Wet Weather Location - Sylvania Waters Athletics Track
Strength & Conditioning - Location TBC
Thursday
Woolooware or Taren Point Area
3.45pm - 4.30pm
Starting Thurs 5th Feb - Thurs 10th April 2025
CK Saturdays (A mix of conditioning, speed & skill games)
Wanda/Greenhills, Oak Park Cronulla (Location will be confirmed weekly)
7.30am - 8.30am
Starting Sat 7th Feb - Sat 12th April 2025
Please note that intakes are strictly only accepted prior to the commencement of the program in Week 1.
NOTE - We have a limited number of uniforms remaining, so these will be included with registration on a first in, first served basis. Once our stock has run out, you will be required to purchase a singlet and shorts at the first session of term at a cost of $70. Please feel free to contact us to check stock availability - otherwise we will be in contact to advise you upon registration completion.
